• I can’t take it anymore. It is the most horrible situation I’ve ever passed through…I’ve working here for four months and I haven’t done one single thing that corresponds to my ethic principles. The bastard of my boss has an amazing contact list and won’t be able to do all the equality plans of all the enterprises in Spain. And of course, he sells it to its fellow men, explains to them how to adequate to the minimum requirements, how they can sell it as an equality committed and responsible enterprise, and that is it! I write the plan, without a minimum social reality analysis – of course! It is a mere procedure!… Ohhhh, I feel like shit…Being an accomplice of this outrageous unpresentable neoliberal bastard that only sees equality policies as newly fresh market to be explored and doesn’t give a fuck to our rights, to our fights…
• Well, we also have to blame the system that allows this to happen.
• Yes, of course! But I really have to tell you what happened today, it was too much! We had a meeting with the equality area of the Army…
